If you can’t find a tracking number in your Order Details that was sent to you by email, please know that some free shipping does not include tracking number. When you order an item with free shipping that does not include a tracking number, you are notified of this to confirm if you want to proceed with the order.
If you entered your tracking number correctly and nothing appeared, please know that it will usually take some time for tracking information to be updated by the courier. Sometimes it takes 3 days for the tracking information to be available.
